Automatic bag making machine from Burgener

Safe, automated handling—this is how it works today.

Burgener's new system demonstrates how continuous liners can be processed efficiently and reliably: the liner is automatically pulled to length, evacuated from the isolator after material transfer, and sealed using thermal sealing.

The result: a bag that can be processed immediately—either manually or fully automatically with AGVs and robots.

Burgener relies on Cyltronic's CTL linear axis for precise liner removal.

This allows format changes to be made at the touch of a button.

Project manager Christian In-Albon explains:

“We were particularly impressed by the ease of integration into the software via IO-Link, the fact that everything is integrated into the axis and no additional servo controllers are required in the control cabinet, and the compactness of the system.”

This makes it clear: With IO-Link servo actuators from Cyltronic, movements in machines can not only be electrified, but also made simpler, more space-saving, and more efficient.

When will you start electrifying your movements?

We are happy to support you in this endeavor.
