Cyltronic in Grinding Wheel Machine
The Cyltronic IO-Link servo actuators offer the simplest solution for your grinding wheel machine
Three Cyltronic drives in one compact processing station. They move the grinding device and the rotary table.
The project manufacturer Proma22 supports its customers in the implementation of steam and industrial projects. It sees itself as an extended arm for the implementation of industrial projects and performs tasks such as design, prototype construction, assembly and revision of existing production facilities.
We congratulate Proma22 on the successful implementation of the project, further information: www.proma22.ch
For a manufacturer of grinding wheels, this processing station was built with a rotary table and robot loading. No less than three Cyltronic drives perform tasks in this application:

- The rotary table is powered by a CTR-060 Servo Motor driven.
.avif)
- The feed is carried out by CTC-060 electric cylinder.
- another CTR-060 serves as a drive for the grinding wheel.
The system integrates seamlessly into the existing production line and Does not use compressed air actuators. Thanks to programmable Cyltronic actuators with IO-Link connection, the system also comes without external sensors off.
The benefits of the Cyltronic solution:
- Compact design
- Easy integration into the existing line
- The same interface for all functions.
- Cost-effective: no need for compressed air
The result is a assured product quality with low cycle times and a reliable process.
“The aim was a solution that ensures a fast and reliable production process with low maintenance costs. Modern integration with IO-Link has accelerated commissioning,” says Proma22 project manager Tobias Grob.
