Your area of responsibility at a glance:

  • Establishment and development of new customer relationships with a focus on the Swiss mechanical engineering market
  • Independent acquisition of new customers and projects from initial contact to completion
  • Development of solution concepts, convincing presentation of technical and economic benefits
  • Preparation of offers and sovereign conduct of price and contract negotiations
  • Market and competition monitoring to tap new potential and actively strengthen Cyltronic's brand presence throughout Switzerland
  • Maintaining long-term customer relationships through solution-oriented, partnership-based support
  • Travel from your home office or company headquarters, with regular communication within the sales and management team

What you bring with you - professionally and personally

  • You studied mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or something similar or acquired deep know-how in drive technology and automation in other ways.
  • You have already successfully sold technical solutions, particularly in drive technology in mechanical engineering and industrial automation.
  • You understand what makes machine builders and machine end users work and can adapt to their processes and way of thinking.
  • You speak the language of your customers, whether with the developers or with the CEO in a strategy meeting.
  • You are confident in German and English, French is a plus.
  • You work independently, with a clear focus and a lot of personal initiative: the result counts for you and you get on with it instead of planning for a long time.
  • You love winning new customers, convincing them and working together to create solutions that make a real difference.
